All clients must be 18 years of age or older to purchase web design services. Our services are designed to provide small businesses, sole traders, and independent professionals with an affordable, high-quality online presence.

To ensure we can meet our rapid delivery times, clients are responsible for providing all necessary text, branding, and images required for the website build prior to the project commencing. You guarantee that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, or trademarks provided to Cadentiq Designs are owned by you, or that you have permission to use them.

We pride ourselves on fast turnarounds. Core Website Builds are typically delivered within 7 working days, while larger Flexible/Enhanced builds typically take 10–14 working days.

These timeframes commence only once all required content (text, images, branding) has been received from the client.

Delays in providing content or feedback may result in the project timeline being extended.

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are payable via bank transfer. VAT is not currently charged.

Build Fees: The agreed one-off build fee (e.g., the £245 Core Build or any Flexible Upgrades) must be paid according to the schedule agreed in your initial quote (typically a 50% deposit to commence work, with the remaining 50% due upon design approval and prior to live domain connection).

Monthly Managed Hosting: If you select the Managed Service option (£25 per month), payments must be set up via standing order or direct debit. Cadentiq Designs reserves the right to suspend hosting or withhold site updates if monthly payments are not received on time.

Because we build on a premium, high-performance platform, standard third-party web hosting (like WordPress or cPanel) is not applicable.

Domain Names: You are strictly responsible for purchasing, registering, and maintaining your own custom domain name (e.g., via Ionos or GoDaddy). This ensures you retain full legal ownership of your web address.

Option 1 (The Managed Service): For £25 per month, we securely host the website on our professional agency account, connect your domain, and include minor text/image updates.

Option 2 (Full Handover): If you prefer full control, we will transfer the completed website to you with no ongoing charges from us. However, you will be responsible for purchasing a premium platform subscription (approx. £19/month) directly from the platform provider to keep the site live.

For clients on the Managed Service, "minor updates" include simple text changes or swapping existing images. For clients requiring larger structural redesigns, the addition of new pages, or ongoing updates outside of the Managed Service scope, Cadentiq Designs support packages are available starting from £40 per hour.

Under UK consumer law, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days.

Custom Digital Exemption: Because a website is a bespoke digital creation tailored specifically to your business, if you instruct us to begin the design work immediately (within the 14-day cooling-off period), you acknowledge that you waive your right to a full refund once the digital design work has commenced.

Deposits are non-refundable once the initial design phase has begun to cover the time and resources allocated to your project.

You retain full copyright and ownership of all content, text, and branding you provide. Upon full payment of the build fee, you also own the visual layout of the finished website.

Portfolio Use: Cadentiq Designs retains the right to display graphics and links to your completed website in our design portfolio and marketing materials. If you prefer your project to remain under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or excluded from our portfolio, please advise us prior to booking.

Cadentiq Designs will construct your site to modern, responsive web standards. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss of revenue, business interruption, or loss of data resulting from website downtime, third-party platform outages, or issues relating to your domain registrar.

Cadentiq Designs operates as a sole trader business.
