Single-page "Brochure" Website. Everything you need to get your business online professionally, without the bloat.
  • Up to 5 custom sections (Intro, About, Profile, Services, Pricing, etc.).

  • High-impact, mobile-optimised design.
  • SSL security included.
  • Typically delivered in 7 working days.
  • One-off build fee: £245.
  • Note: Requires separate domain registration & a choice of hosting plan (Managed by us for £25/month, or Self-Hosted). See details below.
Flex Build: +£99 per additional page
Build the exact site you need by adding features to your Core Website:
  • Add dedicated pages for specific services, Testimonials, FAQs, etc. (up to 5 sections per page).
  • Includes everything with the Core Website Build.
  • Integrated contact forms & image gallery support (if requested).
  • Typically delivered in 10–14 working days.
  • 5-Page Expansion Bundle: +£395 (Need a larger site? Add a bundle of 5 bespoke pages and save £100).

Important Information on Hosting & Maintenance
Prices shown are one-off flat fees for the design and build of your site (no VAT is currently charged). Because we build on a premium, high-performance platform to ensure fast turnarounds and mobile responsiveness, standard third-party web hosting is not applicable.
Please note: You will need to purchase and register your own custom domain name (e.g., via Ionos or GoDaddy) before we can connect your site. This ensures you retain full legal ownership of your web address. Domain costs vary by provider but typically range from £10 to £20 per year.
Once your site is built, you have two simple options for taking it live:
  • Option 1: The Managed Service (Most Popular) We keep the website securely hosted on our professional agency account, connect your custom web address (domain), and ensure everything stays online. Fee: £25 per month which includes platform hosting and minor text/image updates.
  • Note: you will need to maintain your custom domain name (approx. £10–£20/year)
  • Option 2: Full Handover If you want 100% ownership and the ability to edit the site yourself, we will transfer the completed website directly to you. Fee: No ongoing charges from us.
  • Note: you will need to maintain your custom domain name (approx. £10–£20/year)
  • In addition you will need to purchase a premium platform subscription (approx. £19/month) directly from the provider to keep the site live
Cadentiq Designs support packages are also available for larger ongoing updates or structural redesigns starting from £40/hour.

Once you're completely happy with the design, we will connect your custom web address. You can choose to have us manage the ongoing platform hosting for a small monthly fee, or we can hand the site over entirely for you to run.
